CMS Contribution Level Classification System

This system represents the framework adopted within the CMS Defense Initiative to define contribution levels and to classify research, cognitive, and skills-based capabilities.

It is designed to leverage various types of capabilities within the research effort outside academic bureaucracy, with a focus on the actual value of the contribution and its ability to support development and defense studies.

The system also relies on The Main Core as the foundational methodology, which focuses on developing learning methods themselves.

The system is based on three primary levels:

Research

Skills Level


The objective is to mobilize and direct resources and skills, and to establish a standard capable of measuring the true value of the contribution within the research ecosystem.

Background and Formation of the
Research Methodology

My expertise is built on innate analytical talent, self-learning, and an advanced interest in military and security foresight.

My methodological approach is closest to studies in strategic sciences and defense trend analysis, with a focus on anticipatory reading of threats and designing preventive scenarios.

I do not have a military or academic background; instead, my formula is based on:

capable of competing with
